It references the app on the cantonal website as a free tool, complementary to its own preparation course, and presented it in its own COSM-info bulletin of October 2026, naming the collaboration.

Real exam — How the test works
Real exam: oral, questions asked live in the COSM interview (per theme — geography, history, politics, society; at least one on Neuchâtel). The canton publishes the whole questionnaire with answers: we serve it for study as multiple choice — the correct answers are official, but the exam's questions are drawn live in the interview.
Seul-e-s les candidat-e-s à la naturalisation ordinaire peuvent en être dispensé-e-s. Tou-te-s les candidat-e-s à la naturalisation facilitée sont interrogé-e-s à l'oral, et l'attestation du cours « Vivre en Suisse et à Neuchâtel » ne les en dispense pas. Ce cours (6 semaines, 3 h par semaine, à Neuchâtel et à La Chaux-de-Fonds, dès 10 inscrit-e-s) coûte 150 fr. ; l'entretien de connaissances, lui, est gratuit, mais la procédure de naturalisation coûte de 850 à 2'300 fr. selon le dossier (COSM et SCPO, ne.ch).
